LCMC Annual Gathering: A Reason for Hope

lcmc-logoOur congregation belongs to Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC). It is an association of 830 congregations in thirteen countries around the world.

Every year congregations are invited to send representatives to the annual LCMC gathering. This year it is being held in Des Moines, Iowa. We have yet to send someone to attend one of these gatherings, but we’re hoping someone will go when it’s a bit closer.

The annual gathering is primarily a time of fellowship, worship and opportunities to grow through hearing guest speakers and attending learning sessions. The neat thing about this event is that a lot of it can be seen live.
